Lead and manage all off-plan sales activities for the company.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with top developers (Emaar, Sobha, DAMAC, Nakheel, Binghatti, Ellington, etc.).
Attend project launches, brokers' events, and training sessions to stay updated on inventory, offers, and market trends.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
Oversee pricing discussions, commission structures, and sales incentives with developers and internal teams.
Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of off-plan property consultants.
Set individual and team sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
Provide coaching, motivation, and daily guidance to agents.
Conduct regular meetings to track progress and address challenges.
Client Relations & Deal Management
Engage with investors and end-users to present investment opportunities and project details.
Conduct detailed presentations and property tours (physical and virtual).
Negotiate deals, finalize bookings, and oversee completion of sales documentation.
Ensure accurate follow-up and after-sales support to maintain long-term relationships.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and DLD regulations.
Liaise with marketing to plan campaigns and generate qualified leads.
