Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Off-Plan Properties Sales Manager
to lead and grow our off-plan sales division. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge of Dubai's off-plan projects, strong relationships with developers, and a proven track record in building and managing high-performance sales teams. This role involves strategic planning, hands-on sales leadership, and active collaboration with both the company's marketing team and developers to drive maximum sales, leads, and brand visibility
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Development
Hire, build, and lead a
competent off-plan sales team
.
Segregate the team based on
experience level
and
knowledge of specific areas/developers
.
Assign leads strategically to maximize conversion potential.
Conduct
regular training sessions
for new and existing agents.
Track and monitor team performance via
CRM reports
.
Go with the team to
developer offices during client meetings
for guidance and.
Set clear quarterly targets for the team, supervise their progress, and monitor performance to ensure goals are achieved

2. Developer Relationship Management
Arrange
briefings and training sessions
for the team
before the launch of new projects
.
Build strong relationships with senior members of developers' sales teams.
Negotiate
exclusive deals, best offers, and early access to projects
for clients.
Secure
marketing budgets
from developers for campaigns.
Ensure alignment between the
company's marketing strategy
and the developers' marketing trends.
3. Sales & Project Expertise
Work across
all types of projects
:
Small apartments with longer payment plans
High-end luxury villas and penthouses
Ensure the team is up-to-date with
new launches
by visiting sites together.
Develop and share
comparative market studies
for both
local and international clients
, as well as internal agent training.
Set
quarterly and yearly sales targets
for the team and self, ensuring alignment with company goals.
4. Marketing & Lead Generation
Coordinate with the in-house marketing team to
create campaigns that generate high-quality leads
.
Contribute
new ideas for marketing campaigns
to boost company branding and project visibility.
Leverage CRM and digital tools (Property Finder, Bayut, social media ads, etc.) for lead optimization.
Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies for better performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum
5+ years
of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with a
proven track record in off-plan projects
.
Strong developer network and excellent negotiation skills.
Experience in
team building, performance management, and CRM usage
.
Deep understanding of
Dubai's property market trends
and RERA regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license.
