RE/MAX Smart Concept is searching for an exceptional Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and grow our off-plan division in Abu Dhabi. This is a key leadership role for an individual who combines real estate expertise, market insight, and strategic vision with the ability to recruit, manage, and inspire a high-performing sales team.

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, the global market and the vision 2071, who can identify high-value investment opportunities, drive property sales, and work with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and bulk buyers.

Who We're Looking For:



The ideal candidate is a strategic leader, someone with proven success in Abu Dhabi's off-plan real estate market, a keen eye for investment opportunities, and a network of key players. You must have the ability to analyze data, create CMA's (Comparative Market Analyses), and leverage AI-driven analytics to identify properties with strong potential for appreciation.

This role requires expertise in working with high-net-worth individuals and family offices, with a strong focus on wealth management, investment opportunities, and cross-border transactions. You should also have experience in fintech and proptech tools that complement the real estate process.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and recruit an off-plan sales team of 8 to 12 agents, balancing both fresh talent and seasoned professionals, with a focus on growth and performance. Create and implement data-driven sales strategies utilizing AI analytics and Comparative Market Analyses (CMA's) to evaluate and predict potential investment opportunities. Identify high-potential appreciation areas within Abu Dhabi, keeping a sharp eye on emerging trends, market movements, and the Abu Dhabi Vision 2071. Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth investors, family offices, and bulk buyers, offering tailored investment opportunities that align with their goals. Build and nurture strong partnerships with international developers, agencies, and market partners, leveraging your deep network in the industry to secure exclusive project opportunities. Develop and implement sales campaigns that appeal to international buyers, utilizing knowledge of global real estate trends, international designations, and cross-border investment. Analyze market data and economic trends, adjusting sales strategies to respond to Abu Dhabi's evolving economy and the broader global market dynamics. Work closely with the wealth management sector, providing valuable insights into potential investment opportunities within the off-plan market. Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle for off-plan properties, from lead generation and client engagement to closing deals and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience for investors and buyers. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance project visibility and attract international investors.

Required Qualifications:



Minimum 5 years of off-plan real estate sales experience in Abu Dhabi. Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate ecosystem, developers, and project pipeline. Proven network of investor contacts, both locally and internationally. Familiarity with real estate fintech, proptech, and AI tools for data analysis and forecasting. Experience in international transactions and working with high-net-worth clients. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Fluent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus) UAE driving license and car preferred. International real estate certifications (CIPS, CCIM, etc.) are an advantage.
