About the Role



RE/MAX Smart Concept is hiring an experienced and visionary

Off-Plan Sales Manager

to:

Lead and scale our

off-plan sales division in Abu Dhabi

Identify

high-value investment opportunities

Manage and inspire a

high-performing sales team

Work directly with

high-net-worth investors, bulk buyers, and family offices

Align strategy with

Abu Dhabi Vision 2071

and global market trends

Who We're Looking For



We are seeking a candidate who is:

A

proven leader

with experience in

off-plan real estate sales in Abu Dhabi

Skilled at identifying and forecasting

investment opportunities

using CMA and AI tools Connected with a wide

network of developers, investors, and global partners

Experienced in wealth management, cross-border deals, and international buyer engagement Familiar with the use of

fintech and proptech

in modern real estate transactions

Key Responsibilities



Recruit, lead, and manage a team of

8-12 off-plan sales agents

(junior + experienced) Create and implement

data-driven sales strategies

using AI and CMAs Identify high-growth

investment zones

aligned with

Vision 2071

Build and maintain relationships with

HNWI clients, family offices, and bulk buyers

Develop

exclusive partnerships

with top developers and international agencies Promote Abu Dhabi's real estate market through

RE/MAX global offices

Coordinate

international marketing campaigns

and

cross-border referrals

Analyze economic trends and adjust strategies based on market performance Oversee the

entire sales lifecycle

, from lead generation to deal closing Collaborate with internal teams to drive

marketing visibility

and brand positioning

Required Qualifications



Minimum

5 years of experience

in Abu Dhabi off-plan real estate Strong

network within Abu Dhabi's developer community

Proven track record with

local and international investors

Expertise in

AI, CMAs, and data analysis tools

Experience with

wealth management clients and international transactions

Team leadership

and sales management experience

Fluent in English

(additional languages a plus)

UAE driving license

and personal vehicle preferred

Real estate certifications

(e.g., CIPS, CCIM) are a plus
