. The ideal candidate will manage office operations while supporting the smooth coordination of tours, guest services, and field logistics. This position plays a critical role in ensuring excellent internal organization and a high-quality visitor experience.
Note: Male candidates are preferred due to accommodation availability and field-based support needs.
Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:
Supervise and streamline day-to-day office operations.
Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and documentation of company activities.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.
Track office expenses and assist with petty cash and basic financial reporting.
Team Supervision:
Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and shift coordination.
Support HR tasks such as leave management, onboarding, and staff evaluations.
Conduct weekly team briefings and coordinate interdepartmental communication.
Guest & Tour Support:
Coordinate guest bookings, schedules, and confirmations with operations and sales teams.
Communicate with tour guides, drivers, and ground staff to ensure on-time service.
Maintain and update booking systems or CRM tools used by the company.
Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and report to management.
Logistics & Operations:
Assist in organizing transportation, permits, equipment, and guides for tours.
Ensure tour itineraries are communicated effectively to all involved departments.
Liaise with suppliers and partners (hotels, boats, drivers, etc.) to confirm availability and pricing.
Reporting & Compliance:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports for management review.
Ensure office and operations comply with local tourism and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of guest participation, feedback, and issues for review.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Tourism Management, Business Administration
, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in tourism, hospitality, or office management roles.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a multicultural team.
Experience with booking systems, CRM tools, or tour management software is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills in
English
; Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic knowledge of invoicing systems is a bonus.
Customer service-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
Willingness to relocate and reside full-time in
Khasab, Oman
.
Familiarity with the geography and tourism offerings of Oman is an advantage.
