Conduct detailed patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to specific needs.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care with accuracy and attentiveness.
Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
Educate patients and their families on treatment routines, recovery processes, and safe medication practices.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective, high-quality patient care.
Maintain precise and current clinical documentation in line with healthcare regulations and standards.
Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care that promotes trust, comfort, and emotional well-being.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English;
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
