Perform comprehensive patient assessments and design individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Administer medications, observe vital signs, and manage wound care with diligence, precision, and empathy.
Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and medical treatments, ensuring optimal patient safety and comfort.
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, recovery guidelines, and safe medication administration.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical records in compliance with healthcare policies and documentation standards.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters trust, emotional support, and holistic healing.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English;
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
