Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage wound care with precision and diligence.
Assist physicians during diagnostic procedures and medical interventions.
Educate patients and their families on care routines, recovery, and proper medication usage.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters trust and emotional well-being.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English;
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
