Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound care with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support physicians during diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
Educate patients and families on treatment routines, recovery processes, and safe medication practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain precise and current clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care that builds trust and emotional reassurance.
Qualifications:
Valid UAE Registered Nurse license or eligibility from DHA, DOH/HAAD, or MOH
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare facility
Fluent in English;
Excellent interpersonal and time-management skills
Skills:
Empathy and patience
Clinical competence in home care procedures
Ability to work independently
Familiarity with electronic health records
