Job Description

Role:
We are looking for a reliable, highly organized Office Secretary to keep our contracting head office running smoothly each day. You will open the office every morning, maintain tidy reception and desk areas, and take charge of time-sensitive records--from labour attendance sheets to cheques and residency paperwork--so our engineers can stay focused on site.
Key Responsibilities
Area Tasks
Daily Office Opening & Front Desk

Unlock, power-up, and greet visitors & suppliers.

Quick desk/reception wipe-down and stationery check.
Labour & Site Records

Collect daily attendance from site foremen.

Enter labour hours in the master register & file signed sheets.
Financial & Billing Admin

Log incoming supplier invoices and petty-cash slips.

Track cheque issuance/clearance dates; prepare basic payment reminders.
Residency & Legal Documents

Keep soft & hard copies of visa, Emirates ID, and medical insurance files up to date; flag renewal dates 60 days in advance.


General Correspondence

Draft and dispatch routine letters, LPOs, and follow-up emails.

Sort and archive all incoming email by project code.


Office Supplies & Cleanliness

Monitor inventory for paper, toner, water, pantry items; raise purchase requests.

Coordinate and manage any office requirements.


Required Skills & Qualifications



Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of admin/secretarial experience (construction field is a plus, not a must). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic cloud filing (Google Drive or OneDrive). Strong written & spoken English; Arabic an advantage. Solid attention to detail with dates, numbers, and document control. Professional appearance and customer-service attitude. What We Offer 6 days a week 8 hours Daily, Thursday day. Loanable Work agreement, As per MOHRE. Supportive team culture and growth path into HR or Office Admin. Salary range 1500 - 2000.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
