Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage correspondence by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, draft, and edit business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems (both physical and digital).
Operate and oversee the use of office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations as requested.
Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure deadlines and priorities are met.
Uphold a professional and positive image of the organization at all times.
