, and we are looking for a skilled and motivated

Secretary / Administrative Assistant

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:



Managing daily administrative tasks and office operations Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally Preparing documents, reports, and filing systems Scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars Supporting the management and field team with day-to-day tasks Assisting with basic data entry, invoices, and coordination Welcoming visitors and ensuring smooth office workflow

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

_ Previous experience as Secretary or Admin (preferably in medical field) Excellent communication skills in English. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Presentable, professional, and reliable personality Must be currently inside the UAE

3000 - 4000 AED
