IMMO DE LUXE VACATION HOMES is a leading provider of luxury vacation rentals, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests. To support our growing business, we are seeking a dedicated an Office Admin to join our team. Position Overview: As an Office Admin , you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our holiday home rental business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Gather documents and permits necessary for onboarding, prepare contracts.
  • Connect Utilities.
  • Keep track of referrals and agents connect them to our software.
  • Permit applications and renewals.
  • Property insurance applications and renewals.
  • Listing properties on portals like Airbnb, Booking.com, Property Finder
* Qualifications: Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Holiday Home experience and HR is a plus. Benefits: Competitive salary.
