Job Description
Holiday Homes Property Coordinator The Job includes:
- Make sure property is set for each new guest arriving; this includes coordinating with cleaning, laundry, maintenance etc.
- Schedule cleanings and make sure they are doing an excellent job
- Do check-in and check-outs at the property with guests.
- Be the contact-person for guests.
- Communication with all current and future guests.
- Be available to drive to guests
- Respond to booking enquiries and finalize bookings
- Follow up on enquiries and try your best receive bookings from guests
- Take immediate action with any complains
- Be flexible on working hours and working days
- Fill in Check-in Registration forms
- Prepare booking invoices and confirmations
- Market to Vacant Property Owners
- Check daily pricing
- Follow up on enquiries and try to get bookings
- Other admin works at the office
- Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets and mobile devices
- Degree is mandatory
- Fluent in English
- Super friendly and always happy to communicate and help guests
- Feeling what is needed to give the ultimate experience to the guests
- Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts.
- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
- Highly responsive and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Availability to work on flexible schedule, 6-days a week
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
