Objective:
Perform in-depth assessments, track progress, and provide education to foster lasting lifestyle improvements. Partner with medical and wellness teams to ensure holistic, impactful outcomes. Deliver comprehensive nutritional consultations and customized diet plans to optimize health and wellness.
Key responsibilities
. Nutritional Assessment & Planning

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, including evaluation of dietary habits, medical history, lifestyle factors, and individual health goals.
  • Interpret laboratory results, biometric data, and clinical indicators to develop evidence-based nutritional recommendations.
  • Design individualized meal and nutrition plans aligned with medical conditions, cultural preferences, and wellness objectives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging research and best practices in nutrition to continuously enhance planning and recommendations.
2. Counseling
  • Deliver personalized counseling sessions to promote healthy eating behaviors and sustainable lifestyle changes.
  • Educate clients on core nutrition principles, portion control, food safety, and the impact of diet on overall health and well-being.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging workshops, webinars, and wellness talks focused on preventive health and nutrition trends.
  • Provide practical strategies to overcome barriers to healthy eating, including time constraints and dietary restrictions.
3. Monitoring & Documentation
  • Monitor client progress through scheduled follow-ups, assessing adherence and outcomes against established goals.
  • Revise meal plans and recommendations based on progress, feedback, and evolving health needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of assessments, plans, and progress reports in compliance with organizational standards.
  • Prepare detailed reports for medical and wellness teams to ensure integrated care and continuity.
4. Collaboration & Program Support
  • Collaborate with internal medical teams (doctors, nurses) and wellness professionals to ensure accurate assessments and effective planning.
  • Actively participate in corporate wellness programs, health campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of nutrition-related policies, guidelines, and educational resources.
  • Support research and innovation projects aimed at enhancing nutritional services and improving health outcomes.
Desired Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in clinical nutrition, wellness programs, or personalized diet planning.
  • Preferred certifications include Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), or equivalent recognized credentials.
  • Valid DHA/MOH license is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, dietary guidelines, and preventive health strategies.
  • Proficiency in nutritional assessment tools, meal planning software, and electronic health record systems.
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and motivate clients.
  • Ability to interpret lab results, track progress, and adjust plans based on evidence and client feedback.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in multidisciplinary teams including physicians, fitness trainers, and wellness professionals.
  • High adaptability to manage diverse client needs, cultural preferences, and evolving health goals.
