Job Summary:

Kids Spot Nursery is seeking a qualified and experienced

Operations Officer

to take the lead on health and safety protocols while managing the day-to-day operational standards of the nursery. This is a unique dual-role position that combines operational expertise with strong leadership, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management

Oversee daily non-academic operations to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient functioning of the nursery. Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with external contractors to maintain a safe and well-functioning facility. Manage administrative systems, including filing, child registration, record-keeping, and inventory control. Coordinate with the accounts team on petty cash, supplier payments, and operational budgets. Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee document management, and maintaining staff records. Provide executive support to nursery leadership--handling task tracking, scheduling, and communication flow. Enforce nursery policies in all operational aspects and ensure consistent application. Lead and manage special projects from planning to execution. Collaborate with academic and admin teams to plan and execute nursery events.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Required) Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities. Experience in operational or administrative roles preferred, ideally within an educational or childcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations is a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
