We're Hiring: Operation Officer| Golden Key Car Rental - Dubai
Golden Key Car Rental is looking for a detail-oriented Operation Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have experience working with TARS, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations efficiently.
Work with TARS for rental management.
Handle reports, data entry, and pricing updates using Excel.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in improving operational processes for better efficiency.
Monitor and manage renewal of rental cars in RTA system.
Process fine payments via the official Dubai Police portal
Requirements:
Experience in office operations, preferably in car rental or a related field.
Proficiency in TARS and Speed Auto System (or ability to learn quickly).
Strong Excel skills (formulas, reports, data analysis).
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in written and spoken English
Salary expectations:
2000 AED monthly
