Job Description
Nurse- Operation Officer role:
Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety:
Maintain children's medical records and ensure DHA compliance. Lead health protocols, provide first aid, and manage clinic operations. Train staff on hygiene, first aid, and health policies.
Operations Officer:
Oversee daily non-academic operations and facility maintenance. Manage admin systems, staff records, budgeting, and supplier coordination. Support HR processes and assist management with scheduling and communication. Lead operational projects and organize nursery events with staff teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Nursing with valid DHA RN license. 3+ years' operations experience (nursery/school/healthcare preferred). Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; English fluency required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
