Responsibilities:
Showroom Management
: Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming showroom environment, ensuring vehicles are displayed attractively and in compliance with brand standards.
Sales Strategy Development
: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including promotions and pricing strategies.
Team Leadership and Training
: Recruit, train, and manage sales staff, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness and customer service.
Customer Relationship Management
: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and facilitate the sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Inventory Oversight
: Monitor vehicle inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment, and manage showroom display to reflect current inventory.
Performance Monitoring
: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, customer satisfaction scores, and lead conversion rates to assess showroom performance and implement improvements.
Conflict Resolution
: Address and resolve customer complaints and staff conflicts promptly to maintain a positive showroom environment.
Compliance and Reporting
: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and brand standards; prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
Marketing and Promotions
: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to attract new customers and boost sales.
After-Sales Coordination
: Facilitate smooth handovers to the after-sales department, ensuring customers receive timely service and support post-purchase.
Ensure that the showroom operates efficiently, meets sales objectives, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
5+ years experience in UAE.
