Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with facilities support teams and internal customers to understand technical requirements and service expectations
• Plan and coordinate equipment installations, relocations, upgrades, and system enhancements to improve reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot network data and cabling issues and resolve non-routine technical problems efficiently
• Complete trouble tickets in line with cabling service level agreements
• Maintain data network closets to ensure compliance with coding standards and organized, efficient workspaces
• Demonstrate working knowledge of CAT 5, fiber, and power cabling standards and capacities
• Support special events, large-scale moves, system changes, and assigned project work
• Maintain accurate inventory of technology devices, tools, and materials
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines to ensure safe and effective operation
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, reporting incidents or unsafe conditions as required
• Maintain professional appearance, protect company assets, and safeguard confidential information
• Support team objectives through collaboration, mentorship, and adherence to quality standards
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, productivity, and cost control

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in network cabling, facilities technology, or related technical roles
• Strong understanding of structured cabling systems and facilities support environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel setting
• Valid UAE or home-country driving license
• Physically able to lift and handle equipment up to 50 pounds as required
