The National Sales Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities, creating an account strategy, coordinating and controlling the sales process, and managing customer expectations. He/she acts as a single point of contact to partners, customers, and prospects for the company\xe2\x80\x99s products & services.

Responsibilities
Develop New and Existing Markets
Developing and expanding consultative sales relations with decision-makers within the customer\xe2\x80\x99s organization such as key management and executive management
Achieving assigned sales and profitability goals for company products and services
Managing the relationship with Channel Partners
Maintaining a positive working relationship with local and global professional sales and service organization
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the industry trends and competitors\xe2\x80\x99 solutions offerings
Financial responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings and revenue targets
Build good relations with customers/dealers/prospects to understand the requirements and propose appropriate solutions
Host site visits and provide on-site demonstration
Own and optimize sales operations, workflows, and reporting using related Sales tools and technologies
Knowledge Transfer
Account Management
Financial Negotiations
Solution Proposals
Prioritize sales opportunities based on company objectives
Understanding and preparation of Technical Configurations
Monitoring industry trends, obtaining competition intelligence, and sharing that information internally with the management and key stakeholders
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and to customer sites, sales meetings, and tradeshows or as required by business conditions
Qualifications
Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or Healthcare related field
10+ years in senior Sales IT position (Preferred Healthcare IT) with experience in planning, developing business cases, and channel partner management
Professional attitude and the ability to interact at all levels of internally and externally
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
