Job Summary
The overall purpose of this role is to efficiently handle Administrative activities within the Mall Operations Team and also to provide Arabic Support in a professional manner so as to achieve the overall business objectives.
What you will do
Responsibile for
Coordination function:

Responsible for providing high level of Coordination with other departments within the retail units

Administrative activities:

Ariba Administrator for Mall Office Management

Coordination function:

Coordinate with internal Department / other entities, etc.

Arabic Communication activities

Provide Arabic communication activities support to the team.

Office Support

Provide Back-Up support for the Line Manager & the Support Team
Receiving all incoming and outgoing mail / documents courier packages and other deliveries and are correctly updated in the Document Tracker.

Job Context
The role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services by providing administrative support to office management and administrative services in a professional and efficient manner. The individual will be required to demonstrate initiative and works as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation's office routines and procedures.
