Multi-Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our facility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with expertise in multiple trade areas, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all building systems and assets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on facilities equipment and building interiors/exteriors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing (e.g., clogged drains, leaky faucets), electrical systems (e.g., bulb replacement, power outlet issues), and hardware (e.g., doors, locks, windows).
• Conduct minor carpentry work, painting, patching, and drywall repairs.
• Assist specialized technicians (e.g., AC, Electrician) with tasks as required.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any potential issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a skilled trade is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Multi-Technician, Handyman, or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of multiple building trades, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to use hand and power tools proficiently and safely.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
