What You'll Do


As the Decision Support & Special Projects Senior Specialist/Manager, you will play a pivotal role in rolling out and scaling innovative solutions across the Middle East system. You will ensure successful end-to-end deployment integration, and scaling of technologies that enhance service delivery, streamline operations, and unlock new capabilities across BST functions. You will ensure seamless integration into day-to-day operations, while also supporting measurement and iteration to improve outcomes over time.



YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR



Driving implementation of innovation solutions across BST functions Coordinating stakeholders, timelines, and resources to ensure smooth deployment Creating project plans, tracking milestones, and reporting on progress and impact Supporting improvements and standardization across project execution Serving as the bridge between technical solutions and operational needs, ensuring business relevance Managing change and training plans to support adoption and success Identifying and escalating risks and blockers to leadership in a timely manner


YOU'RE GOOD AT

Structuring and managing complex projects across functions and geographies Working with technology tools and vendors, from rollout through optimization Operating with a user-centric mindset and continuous improvement approach Handling ambiguity and pivoting quickly when required Coordinating across diverse teams and functions to ensure delivery excellence Communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Keeping a pulse on new technologies and evaluating them for business fit Turning innovative concepts into operational improvements Comfortable engaging with developers and navigating code-based solutions to support tool implementation and troubleshooting


What You'll Bring

8-10 years of experience in project management, operations, or business transformation Experience deploying new technologies or tools in large organizations Proficiency in project management tools and agile implementation methods Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and technical workflows Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or AI fundamentals are a plus Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and technical workflow Familiarity with change management and cross-functional project delivery is preferred


Who You'll Work With


You'll report to the ME Decision Support and Special Project Manager, working closely with function, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
