Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and baseline budgets for assigned projects.
• Track and analyze project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies.
• Collect progress and cost data, assess variances, and forecast project outcomes.
• Integrate schedule and cost control data to ensure comprehensive performance monitoring.
• Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly project control reports highlighting financial trends, risks, and corrective actions.
• Support project audits and participate in management reviews with project leadership.
• Manage project cost projections, cash flows, and resource utilization.
• Drive compliance with AECOM's governance, change management, and risk control procedures.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to maintain alignment with project goals and budgets.
• Utilize company financial systems and analytical tools to produce data-driven insights.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project controls or cost management, preferably within large-scale engineering or design projects.
• Solid knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and cost/schedule integration.
• Proficient in data analysis, cost reporting, and variance evaluation.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and contractual implications on project finances.
• Skilled in using project control software and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Professional membership (PMP, AACE, or equivalent) preferred or in progress.
