The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end project mobilization activities, ensuring seamless coordination of personnel, materials, and equipment across major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage full-cycle project mobilization activities across local and international sites.
• Develop mobilization schedules and resource allocation strategies for workforce and materials.
• Ensure all logistical requirements-including travel, accommodation, equipment, and permits-are efficiently handled.
• Liaise with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and government authorities to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Monitor mobilization progress and report to senior management on performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate potential delays or operational risks.
• Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and company policies.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance mobilization frameworks to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobilization, logistics, or project coordination, ideally in an international engineering or construction environment.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and workforce mobilization.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
• Knowledge of UAE labor and immigration regulations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in a multicultural team environment preferred.
