Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure planning and feasibility studies for major urban and transportation projects.
• Develop and review master plans, concept designs, and detailed plans using CAD and GIS tools.
• Conduct data-driven analyses and modeling to support sustainable infrastructure solutions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including environmental, transport, and structural experts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, RTA standards, and local authority regulations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation for internal and client review.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies for project success.
• Mentor junior engineers, ensuring quality and consistency in design outputs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to align project goals.
• Present plans and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related discipline (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in infrastructure or urban planning.
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of sustainable planning principles and smart city development.
• Solid knowledge of UAE infrastructure standards and permitting processes.
• Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
