Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive MEP Supervisor / Engineer to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems across our managed facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure systems operate efficiently, comply with regulations, and meet the highest standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of MEP technicians and subcontractors on-site.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and other building systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety standards (e.g., UAE Fire and Life Safety Code, DEWA regulations).
• Diagnose system faults, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Prepare reports, maintenance logs, and documentation for work carried out.
• Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts; raise procurement requests as needed.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high service delivery.
• Ensure all team members adhere to company HSE policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP supervision within facilities management, construction, or a related industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong hands-on knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS.
• Standards & Compliance: Familiarity with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, DM, Civil Defence) and international MEP standards.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Licensing/Certification: Valid UAE driving license is required. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, NEBC, etc.) are an advantage.
