Key Responsibilities
Identify and Develop New Business
Generate leads, explore new markets, and build a strong pipeline of MEP/HVAC clients.
Conduct regular client visits, site meetings, and presentations.
Quotation & Proposal Management
Understand client requirements and prepare accurate quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals.
Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and end-users.
Ensure professional communication and timely responses to client inquiries.
Project Coordination
Collaborate closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of awarded projects.
Communicate customer expectations clearly and support the team in delivering quality service.
Meetings & Presentations
Arrange and attend client meetings, sales calls, and presentations to showcase MOLTEN's capabilities and solutions.
Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand to improve MOLTEN's strategic positioning.
Reporting & Documentation
Update the CRM/ERP system regularly with leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales performance data.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
2-5 years experience in MEP or HVAC sales (GCC experience preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Ability to understand technical drawings, BOQs, and MEP/HVAC systems.
Familiarity with Odoo CRM (advantage but not mandatory).
