? Bus No: F26 (15th Stop - Habtoor Engineering) Civil / MEP Sales Engineer cum Estimator (with Driving License)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales leads in the renovation and construction sector.
- Meet with clients (consultants, main contractors, direct clients) to understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial offers for Civil and MEP renovation works.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs (QTO) from drawings and site measurements.
- Source materials and subcontractors, preparing comprehensive cost estimates.
- Prepare tender submissions and follow up on quotes.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in sales and estimation, specifically in villa/ building renovation.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and MEP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and estimation software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
