Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced MEP Fit-Out Engineer to join our team. The MEP Fit-Out Engineer will be responsible for the design, coordination, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our Fit-Out projects. The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that MEP systems meet the project's requirements and are executed to the highest quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

? Proven experience as an MEP Fit-Out Engineer with a minimum of 8 years Middle East experience in a leadership role.

? Valid UAE Driving License.

? Strong knowledge of MEP design software and AutoCAD. ? Excellent project management and communication skills.

? Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Design and Planning: Collaborate with the project team to develop MEP design plans, specifications, and drawings. Ensure that designs are compliant with local building codes and regulations.

2. Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, project manager, and other contractors to ensure proper placement and integration of MEP systems within the design.

3. Installation: Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.

4. Cost Estimation: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for MEP systems and monitor expenses throughout the project.

5. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the performance and reliability of MEP systems. Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all MEP design, installation, and maintenance activities. Create as-built drawings and provide documentation for project handover. 7. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all MEP work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
