Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 8 years of
Middle East experience
as an MEP Fit-Out Engineer in a leadership role
Valid UAE Driving License
Strong knowledge of
MEP design software and AutoCAD
Excellent project management and communication skills
Knowledge of
local building codes and regulations
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Planning:
Develop MEP design plans, specifications, and drawings in compliance with local codes.
Coordination:
Work with consultants, project managers, and contractors to ensure proper MEP system integration.
Installation:
Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Cost Estimation:
Prepare budgets and monitor project expenses for MEP systems.
Quality Control:
Implement quality measures, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance.
Documentation:
Maintain records, create as-built drawings, and provide project handover documentation.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all MEP work follows safety regulations and industry standards.
