Job Description

We are urgently hiring for a MEP Engineer

As an

MEP Engineer in interior fit-out

projects you will plays a crucial role in ensuring that the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are seamlessly integrated into the design and construction of interior spaces properly

Key Responsibilities

Design & Coordination

: Develop and coordinate MEP systems (HVAC, lighting, fire safety, plumbing) to align with architectural and interior layouts.

Site Supervision

: Oversee installation and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

Project Management

: Collaborate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution.

Regulatory Compliance

: Handle approvals from authorities like Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Civil Defense.

Quality Assurance

: Conduct inspections and testing to ensure systems function efficiently and meet design intent.
Dubai-Specific Requirements

Valid UAE driving license is required. Familiarity with UAE codes and authority approvals (Trakhees, DCD, etc.). Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MSP, Primavera, Revit

, and project scheduling tools is highly valued Bachelors in electrical/HVAC/Mechanical engineering
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
