Mep Cost Estimator (civil) Japanese National
Job Description
Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs for MEP scope.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for MEP materials and services.
Prepare cost comparisons, value engineering proposals, and cost breakdowns for management review.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams for technical and commercial clarifications.
Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, cost summaries, and supporting documentation.
Analyze project risks, contingencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain an updated database of MEP material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor pricing.
Review and verify post-contract variations and change orders related to MEP works.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and client requirements in all cost estimates.
