Job Description

Handling residential, industrial, infrastructure, and defense projects' estimation using CCS / Other Estimation Software.

Need to read and interpret the proposal documents, such as drawings, specifications, and conditions of contract, and summarize the proposal requirements

Responsible for taking out the quantities using Plan Swift/other takeoff software

Required to verify the quantities taken by the QSs (all disciplines)

Responsible for preparing the BOQ from scratch as per the standard method of measurements

Responsible for estimating using CCS / other estimation software with detailed labor, material and equipment analysis

Preparing subcontract RFQ documents, floating an enquiry to the correct vendor and evaluating subcontractors' technical and commercial offers

Maintain the productivity library/database will be required

Prepare FAR, DFAR, and other US DOD standard contract conditions.

Track all the prime/main contract deliverables from award to contract completion.

Monitor site progress, RFIs, maintain claim register and manage variations.

Prepare prime contract claims independently and notify the Client promptly.

Monitor the subcontract deliverables and issue proper delay notifications promptly.

Manage subcontractors' claims.

Coordinate with the legal team and develop legal notices and claims.

Prepare contractual communications.

Developing the claims and negotiating with the Client.
