About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled
MEP Coordinator
withvalid Dubai Municipality (Baladiya) and DEWA approvals
to manage and coordinate all MEP activities across our projects.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate MEP works with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors. Review and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals. Liaise with
Dubai Municipality (Baladiya)
andDEWA
for approvals, inspections, and NOCs. Ensure timely and quality execution of MEP installations. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues. Maintain compliance with Dubai construction regulations and safety standards. Prepare progress reports and updates for project management.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Dubai Municipality (Baladiya) & DEWA approvals - mandatory.
Minimum5 years of MEP coordination experience
in UAE. Strong understanding of MEP systems, standards, and Dubai regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.Job Type: Full-time
