Mep Coordinator – Dubai Experience Required (civil Construction)
Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing coordination within construction projects in the UAE, with a strong understanding of Dubai Municipality and DEWA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee MEP design, installation, and commissioning activities.
Review drawings, specifications, and coordination layouts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and site issues.
Manage MEP subcontractors and ensure project timelines are met.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Prepare progress reports and documentation for management and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP coordination, including at least 3 years in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of local authority standards (DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.).
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
