We are looking for a skilled MEP Technician in Dubai with hands-on experience in air conditioning, electrical systems, and plumbing. This full-time role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems in residential and commercial environments, ensuring compliance with safety codes and optimal operational performance.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems including central AC, split units, and ventilation
• Inspect and repair electrical components, lighting, outlets, breakers, and wiring according to UAE safety standards
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and MEP layouts
• Handle installation and repair of water supply systems, waste lines, fixtures, and plumbing appliances
• Detect and fix leaks, clogs, and water pressure issues
• Conduct routine inspections and emergency maintenance
• Ensure full compliance with municipal and safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members and report technical issues promptly

Ideal Profile

• 3 to 5 years of UAE experience in MEP maintenance or construction
• Proficient in HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing repairs
• Able to interpret diagrams and technical manuals
• Familiar with safety protocols and building codes
• Physically fit, with attention to detail and time management skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
