Manage the Marketing/Events/Social Media/PR for Oasis Mall - GCC
Develop relationship with authorities/agencies/ entities for community & mall events
Management of In Mall Branding & Temporary Space Rental Revenue
Increase the Footfall & improve the quality of visitors
Develop an Annual Marketing and Communications Plan for the malls
o To expand customer dwell time, cultivate customer loyalty and encourage repeat visitation.
o To be aligned with the Retail Calendars of individual territory
o Retailer & Partner Collaborations
o Innovative & out of the box campaigns
Prepare marketing budget for the financial year including CAPEX & OPEX for:
o Marketing Campaigns
o Tactical campaigns
o Events & Activations
o Marketing collateral
o Communications: OOH, Radio, SMS
o Social Media Spending
Implementation of the marketing plan & adherence to budgets:
o Collaboration with Mall Tenants
o Document each event/promotion and prepare event report that include photos, Event details, footfall stats
o Initiate & control the process of purchase requisition, purchase order & payment of various marketing activities in the mall.
o Finalizing Radio, Digital, SMS , influencer marketing etc for every event/campaign ensuring maximum coverage for the marketing campaign/ events.
o Ensure all licenses are in place for all Marketing & Promotional Activities
o Prepare marketing metrics and results of campaigns in order to optimize future campaigns or promotions while identifying opportunities for growth
Stakeholder / Supplier Management
Work with the territories across GCC to ensure the plans are implemented.
Develop positive relationships with all stakeholders including Internal Stake Holders, Retailers, Customers, Government Agencies and Visitors to the shopping mall.
Coordinate tenant engagement opportunities including quarterly meetings
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the trade area including competitor properties, tourism and local market demographics.
Implement appropriate corporate initiatives, which includes Leasing support by compiling market information and creating brochures
Manage third party suppliers and partners such as Media buying, Event, Branding and Creative agencies, providing clear guidelines in expectation and direction for all marketing campaigns and events
Content Management & Social Media
Managing the design agency briefing process and day-to-day communication
Ensures brand guidelines are implemented on all touchpoints.
Oversees all content and imagery with the creative agencies
Management of Oasis Malls Website
Finalizing social media calendar and direction
Implement social media strategy in alignment with brand requirements.
Ensure that marketing campaign, events and activations are communicated across all channels in Social Media
In Mall Branding & Revenue
To maximize incremental income for Oasis Malls through marketing, promoting and leasing of In mall Branding & Temporary Space Leasing to Existing tenants, External agencies , organisation, associations or individual operators.
Identify new avenues for Income \xe2\x80\x93 Market Places, Car Rentals, Movie Shooting etc
Report on a monthly basis, actual vs budget and forecasted income
Team Management
Ensure team members have clear objectives and tasks.
Ensure effective standards of two-way communication exists for all team members
Development, training and performance management through coaching & guidance
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Job Experience
Post Graduate Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications preferred
5 to 8 years experience in Marketing in the Retail or Mall Space in UAE
Experience with Social Media Marketing / ATL / BTL
