Our client, one of the fastest growing Online Retail Co. is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join its team in Dubai.
Responsibilities include: Create and deploy creative growth strategies designed to drive measurable results using a mix of channels, mediums, and content Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including gamification, digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive traffic to digital channels Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all action plans and activities Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies Define and produce marketing campaigns for demand creation, lead generation, and for lead tracking and management Consider the end-to-end experience of customers, evaluating and improving offers Develop and execute strategies through SEO, social media, digital sales, email list building, content (including webinars and podcasts), email marketing, and paid advertising Build frameworks, tools, and hacks Working closely across teams with other teams to share ideas, feedback & present results Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities
