The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and documenting all field service activities. The role ensures efficient job execution, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with company standards.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate field service schedules based on team availability, job priority, and customer requirements.
Ensure all resources--tools, equipment, personnel, and documentation--are ready for each job.
Maintain accurate and complete service records, including job reports, completion certificates, and site inspection notes.
Review the job completion documents and quotation and share all required documents for invoicing.
Track field assignments and ensure timely job completion.
Identify delays or recurring issues and report them for corrective action.
Support manpower planning and performance evaluation through data insights.
Enter all service job details accurately into the ERP system, including reports and certificates.
E
nsure all field activities comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
Report incidents, unsafe practices, and non-compliance. Coordinate with agents and ensure timely service-related updates.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers on job progress, requirements, and closures.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in job allocation, scheduling, and team coordination.
Experience in Marine Industry will be an added advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Note : Salary is negotiable based on expertise.
