The Service Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers and the workshop team. The role requires handling service requests, scheduling, and follow-ups while understanding basic technical aspects of marine services to provide accurate information to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customer service inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate service appointments with the workshop team.
Understand basic technical aspects of marine equipment and communicate them effectively to customers.
Track service progress and provide timely updates to clients.
Assist in preparing quotations, work orders, and service reports.
Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, jobs, and customer interactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth workflow between clients and the workshop.
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, coordination, or service management.
Technical knowledge or background in marine engineering, mechanical systems, or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and scheduling/CRM software.
Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
