The Service Coordinator will be responsible for welcoming customers, creating and managing job cards, issuing invoices, and coordinating with the workshop and spare parts team.
We are seeking a candidate with strong communication and organizational skills to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and record their service requests
Open, update, and close job cards for each vehicle
Accurately and promptly issue invoices
Follow up on the status of vehicles under maintenance
Coordinate with the spare parts department regarding parts availability
Maintain clear and continuous communication between customers, service advisors, and workshop technicians
Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their vehicles
Organize and maintain accurate customer records and documentation
