What are you going to do?





The Service Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the Technical Service Department, ensuring efficient operations and coordination among service engineers and service coordinators. This role involves managing documentation, scheduling, resource allocation, and KPI tracking to enhance the department's productivity and service quality.

As Service Administrative Coordinator your tasks are:



Administrative Support:



Manage and maintain departmental records, files, and databases. Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and correspondence. Assist in the preparation of presentations and meeting materials.

Scheduling and Coordination:


Maintain and update the department's calendar to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.

Resource Allocation:


Assist in the allocation and tracking of resources, including tools, equipment, and spare parts. Coordinate with service coordinators to ensure the availability of necessary resources for service tasks.

Documentation and Reporting:


Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and resource usage. Generate and analyse reports to support decision-making and improve service efficiency.

KPI Tracking and Follow-Up:


Monitor and follow up on predefined department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Assist in the preparation and presentation of KPI reports to the service manager and team. Identify areas for improvement based on KPI analysis and support the implementation of corrective actions.

General Office Duties:


Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining office equipment. Support the service manager and other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus Very good oral and written communication skills in English Minimum 3 year's experience in the same field Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with SAP Business One and Cloud for Service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail Good Planning and Organization skills Excellent Customer Service skills Professional appearance and manner With a valid UAE driver's license
