The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local labor market, excellent client relationship skills, and proven experience in manpower logistics and sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new manpower supply opportunities
Build and maintain client relationships to meet project-specific workforce needs
Negotiate and secure manpower contracts aligned with company objectives
Monitor market trends and provide strategic input for manpower planning and budgeting
Oversee end-to-end workforce logistics, including:
Gate pass coordination
Mobilization and demobilization planning
Managing worker-related issues and requirements
Candidate Profile:
4-5 years of experience in Qatar's manpower supply sector (sales background)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of Qatar labor laws, visa processes, and mobilization procedures
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines effectively
Must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable sponsorship
