We are seeking an experienced Manpower Coordinator to join our team in Al Khobar. . Male, any Nationality . Has a proven track record in coordinating manpower supply operations . Experience in manpower management or human resources. . Manages manpower by oversees the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of personnel to meet project demands and human resources goals . Promotes the company skilled workforce to potential clients, fosters internal and external relationships and negotiates contracts to ensure client satisfaction . Strong communication, interpersonal and networking skills. . Works collaboratively, team player and highly dependable . Has valid IQAMA and transferable sponsorship - not under agency .
