Junior Manpower Coordinator
to support and expand our manpower supply operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of local labor market trends, client management, and workforce logistics.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new manpower supply opportunities Liaise with clients to understand project-specific manpower needs Negotiate and secure contracts aligned with company goals Analyze and advise on Qatar market trends and manpower budgeting Manage end-to-end manpower logistics including: Gate pass arrangements Mobilization and demobilization planning Addressing worker-related issues and requirements
Candidate Profile:
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Qatar manpower supply sector Strong communication and negotiation skills In-depth knowledge of Qatar labor laws, visa procedures, and workforce mobilization Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks efficiently
