Job Description
We are currently seeking a
Manpower Coordinator
to join our dynamic team for ADNOC Onshore and Offshore projects.Key Requirements:
Minimum
3 to 5 years of experience
in theOil & Gas industry
Proven experience inmanpower coordination
for large-scale industrial or energy sector projects Bachelor's Degree(attested by UAE Embassy)
- Mandatory Strong communication and organizational skills Previous ADNOC project experience is an added advantageKey Responsibilities:
Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of project personnel Manage daily manpower planning and reporting Ensure compliance with ADNOC project requirements Liaise with HR and site teams for scheduling, documentation, and onboarding
