- Innovate and experiment with new variations of Manakish, incorporating fresh ingredients and local flavors.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation, ensuring every batch meets our standards.
- Oversee the prep and baking process, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory, ensure timely orders, and maintain food safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on the art of making Manakish and maintaining quality.
