The key role of Performance Improvement Manager is to drive Business Improvement initiatives as part of Performance Improvement (PI) in various businesses across the globe. The focus is to improve operational efficiency and strategy Implementation for beyond manufacturing which includes Supply Chain/ Sales / Marketing / Planning etc. The main aim is to have Visible impact on the company's P&L, Conversion Cost and Bottom Line. At the same time, it will make sure that competencies are developed for our people, customer/ consumer trust is built and environmental sustainability is ensured. This role helps implementing Business Excellence using various tools / methodologies like Lean, Value Engineering, Data Analytics, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Change Management. Creating digital dashboard and implementing these recommendations in a hands-on way on the ground - wherever the opportunities may be. In addition, this position should build strong cross-functional and personal relationships with functional managers across the company to identify and realize opportunities.
